Annapurna circuit trekking is considered to be the classic trekking trail in the Annapurna region and is the most popular trek in Nepal. Annapurna circuit Trekking is popularly known as Annapurna round trekking. Annapurna circuit trekking has only been possible since 1980 when the Manang area, one of the major parts of this trek, was opened for foreigners. The highlight of Annapurna Circuit Trekking is frequent changing sceneries day by day. In the beginning of trekking days you walk through low lying lush green hills then eventually make way to majesticarid landscapes. We will make our way to the highest pass in the world! ThorangLa pass at an altitude of 5416m is over 600 meters higher than the tallest mountain (Mount Blanc) in the Alps! Crossing this high pass is a thrill for W any trekkers. After crossing the Thorang La pass you come to Muktinath, a famous religious site of Hindus as well as Buddhists. We then make our way to medieval looking Kagbeni.
From Kagbeni we will travel to charming Marpha. (Don’t be surprised if some great apple pie is found in Marpha.) We will travel on from Marpha and visit Pun Hill. (Famous for its sunrise view of many major mountains.) You will then head back to Pokhara to enjoy the lakeside food and view. If you want to arrange to stay for a few days of sight seeing, paragliding, zip line, kayaking or biking we can point you to reliable providers.The duration of Annapurna circuit trekking can be adjusted according to the needs of trekkers.
