T his is a panoramic trek to beyond Phewa Lake in Pokhara. From Panchase you will see the great Himalayan peaks of Machhapuchhare, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Lamjung and Manasalu. The terrain varies from subtropical valleys of banana trees and rice paddies to high ridges covered in rhododendron forest. This supports an abundant array of bird life. Along the way you will see many ethnic mixes, such as Brahmin, Magar and Gurung. This trek is off the beaten path and it is quite possible that you may not meet many other trekkers here. This trek is suitable for most age and fitness levels.
Highlights: dramatic views of the Annapurnas and Machhapuchhare, an insight into village life, an easy introductory trek.
Day to day itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to hotel (1350m)
Day 02:Scenicdrive to Pokhara by bus (7 hours), overnight at Pokhara (The pearl of Nepal)
Day 03: Start from crossing the Fewa Lake by boat and trek to Bhumdi via famous Stupa
Day 04: Trek to Bhanjayang which is the foot to Panchase
Day 05: Trek to Panchase Hill Tower and trek back to Bhanjayang
Day 06: Trek to Gatee Cheena or Khadi or Naudadha and then drive to Pokhara
Day 07: Drive back to Kathmandu or to your next destination as per schedule
